1Getting started
Your dashboard is your control panel. You only ever see your own customers.
- Open myteev.com/myteev-dashboard.html in any browser (phone or computer), or tap Reseller Login on the website.
- Sign in with the username and temporary password MyTeeV sent you privately when your account was created.
- First time in, it asks you to set your own private password. Do it — the temporary one stops working after that.
Your invite link & QR code
Open 🎟️ My invite code. Everything that brings a customer in as yours is on that one page: your code, your personal signup link (myteev.com/signup?code=YOURS), and your QR code. There's also a 🖼️ Reseller Flyer tab that builds a ready-to-post flyer with your QR already on it.
Your login is tied to your customers. Don't share it, and set a strong private password. Anyone who signs up with your code is linked to you permanently — no other reseller can take them.
2App credits
A credit activates the MyTeeV app on a customer's device for a period of time. It is not a TV-service subscription — MyTeeV provides no channels.
Suggested retail for one month of app activation. You set your own price.
Suggested retail for a full year of app activation.
Suggested retail for a one-time lifetime activation of the app.
You buy credits at reseller pricing (lower than retail — the exact pack prices show in your dashboard), then charge your customers whatever retail you choose and keep the difference. 1 credit = 1 month of app activation; a year = 12.
- Check your credit balance any time in the dashboard.
- To buy more, use the credit request / purchase option in the dashboard — the office tops up your balance.
App-activation credits turn on the player app. They are not channels, streams, or a TV subscription. The customer supplies their own authorized playlist.
3Adding a customer
Either way below, the customer ends up on your dashboard.
Give them your code, link, or QR. They finish the short form at myteev.com/signup and it drops into your 🌐 New signups automatically — their referral is recorded to you.
Open 👥 All customers → Add customer, enter their name and contact, and they're created under you.
- Assignment: a customer is tied to the reseller whose code they used (or who created them) and stays assigned to you through every renewal.
- Avoid duplicates: before adding someone, search your customer list — if they already exist (from a signup), open that record instead of making a second one.
4Installing MyTeeV
The app is free. Never charge for the download — you charge for activation.
Install MyTeeV from the Google Play Store, or use your install link / direct APK from myteev.com.
Open the Play Store on the TV and search MyTeeV, or sideload the APK.
Use the Amazon Appstore listing, or the Downloader app with your personal install number / the direct APK.
Add the MyTeeV channel from the Roku Channel Store.
MyTeeV is launching on the Amazon Appstore — use the official listing once it's live.
Coming to Apple devices. We'll announce it when it's available.
For any Android device: download the latest APK from myteev.com and install it.
5Activating a device
Turn the app on for a customer's device using a credit.
- Get the device code. The customer opens MyTeeV on their TV and reads you the on-screen MAC address or device code.
- Activate it. In your dashboard open 📱 Add MAC / Devices, enter the device code, pick the customer, choose the term (month / year / lifetime), and activate — it uses a credit.
- Or activate by login. The customer can instead sign in on the app and you confirm it on your dashboard.
- Add the authorized playlist. Enter the customer's own playlist (M3U link, or Xtream server + username + password) that they are legally authorized to use.
- Verify. Confirm the app loaded the playlist and plays. The device then shows as active on your dashboard.
- Name the devices. If one customer has more than one TV, give each a room name (Living Room, Bedroom) so they're easy to tell apart.
6Managing customers
Everything after activation lives on your dashboard.
- View your customers and their expiration dates under 👥 All customers.
- Renew an app activation in a tap when it's due (🔔 Reminders shows who's about to expire) — it uses a credit.
- Manage multiple devices under one customer, each named by room.
- Send customer messages that appear on their screen (renewal notices, etc.).
- Troubleshoot an activation — re-check the device code, playlist, and that the term hasn't lapsed.
- Request support from the office through 📨 MyTeeV messages, or email help@myteev.com.
7Legal use
Read this and follow it — it protects you and the program.
- MyTeeV is a media player. It provides no channels, streams, or content.
- Do not advertise unauthorized programming — no channel lists, no "everything cable has," no sports/PPV promises. Advertise the app only.
- Do not upload or distribute copyrighted content or pre-loaded playlists of it.
- Customers are responsible for the content and playlists they load, and must be legally authorized to access them.
- Never share passwords or credentials publicly — not yours, not a customer's, not a panel's.
"MyTeeV is a premium player app for your own playlist — I get the app on your TV and activate it. Use my code to sign up and I'll set you up in minutes."
